This is a form of a mosquito draining the victim for its blood because the information given may be too embarrassing for strangers to hear.
Exclusion is one of the most harmful symptoms that can lead to deep depression and self exclusion.
A person may be socially awkward due to being shunned for a long time. The feeling of being ignored and different can lead its victim feeling self inadequate.

Also, poor academic performance/job performance, extreme shyness or threaten/attempted suicide. The victim begin to be obsessed with their bully by not achieving the right goals due to the damage of focusing on the bullies antics(every move). In many cases, the victim may be fearful of their bully so they be watching their own back just in case the bully wont bother them anymore.
